M.A.K. MUSIC is a full-service music label founded in 2016.
Main activities: music distribution, organization of music festivals and concert tours, music licensing for business. Since the beginning of 2023, M.A.K. Music launches its division on the island of Cyprus and in the Republic of Armenia, and therefore transforms into M.A.K. Music Group. The group of companies will include a music label, a concert agency, an advertising agency, a chain of coffee shops, a chain of dance bars, hotel complexes and concert halls.

There are 8 ticket categories available:

"Entrance for one day" - a ticket entitles one spectator to enter the dance floor

"Entrance for one day (VIP)" - a ticket entitles you to take a designated seat with the opportunity to sit at a table

"Tables for 4 people for one day" - VIP seats at the table for companies for 4 people.

"Tables for 6 people for one day" - VIP seats at the table for companies for 6 people.

"Entrance for all days of the festival" is an entrance ticket to the dance floor for one person for all days of the festival. Gives the right to an unlimited number of entrances and exits to the site

"Entrance for all days of the festival (VIP)" - a ticket entitles you to take a designated seat with the opportunity to sit at a table all days of the festival

"Tables for 4 people for all days of the festival" - VIP seats at the table for companies for 4 people for all days of the festival. The table is assigned to you for the entire duration of the festival

"Tables for 6 people for all days of the festival" - VIP seats at the table for companies for 6 people for all days of the festival. The table is assigned to you for the entire duration of the festival

AGE & ID
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID or passport. Festival staff may request identification to verify your identity or age.
Guests under 18 may attend only in accordance with the festival’s final age policy, venue requirements and applicable Cyprus law.
Alcohol may only be purchased or consumed by guests who meet the applicable legal age requirements. Valid identification may be required.
TICKETS
Each ticket is valid only for the festival day or days and ticket category stated on the ticket.
Purchase tickets only through official Gladiators Fest sales channels. The organizer cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or third parties.
Tickets may be exchanged for festival wristbands at designated entry points where applicable.
Lost tickets, QR codes or wristbands may not be replaced unless the organizer can verify the original purchase.
WRISTBANDS
Festival wristbands are personal and must remain securely attached during the period for which they are valid.
Removed, transferred, damaged or tampered-with wristbands may become invalid.
Do not share your ticket QR code or wristband with another person.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
The following items are prohibited:
• weapons, knives and sharp objects;
• explosives, fireworks, flares and unauthorized pyrotechnics;
• illegal drugs and controlled substances;
• outside alcoholic beverages;
• glass bottles and glass containers;
• laser pointers;
• hazardous or flammable substances;
• large speakers or sound systems;
• drones without prior written authorization;
• large banners, poles or objects that may create a safety risk;
• items intended for unauthorized commercial sale, advertising or promotion.
Festival security may refuse any item reasonably considered dangerous or inappropriate for the event.
MEDICATION
Guests may bring medication required for personal medical use.
Prescription medication should preferably remain in its original packaging and, where appropriate, be accompanied by a prescription or supporting documentation.
If you require special medication, medical equipment or specific accessibility arrangements, please contact the festival team in advance.
BAGS & SECURITY CHECK
All guests and their belongings may be inspected before entering the festival.
Security procedures may include bag checks and other lawful safety screening.
Refusal to undergo required security screening may result in refusal of entry.
Please arrive early enough to allow time for security procedures.
WEATHER
Gladiators Fest Cyprus is an outdoor event.
Cyprus in May typically offers warm Mediterranean conditions, but guests should be prepared for sun, heat, wind and possible changes in weather.
We recommend comfortable footwear, sun protection and staying hydrated throughout the festival.
The festival may continue during rain or changing weather conditions where it remains safe to do so.
PHOTOGRAPHY & CAMERAS
Smartphones and standard personal cameras are permitted.
Professional photography or video equipment, large lenses, tripods, lighting equipment and drones require prior written authorization from the organizer.
GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL
Plan your journey to and from the venue in advance.
We strongly recommend using official festival transportation, licensed taxis, public transport or other authorized transportation services where available.
Never drive after consuming alcohol or any substance that may impair your ability to drive safely.
TICKET REFUNDS
Tickets are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, tickets are generally not refundable because of personal inability to attend, individual travel disruption, lineup changes or changes to individual performance times.
If the entire festival is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, information regarding ticket validity and any applicable refund procedure will be published through official Gladiators Fest and M.A.K. Music Group channels.

ENTERING THE ARENA
A valid ticket or festival wristband is required for entry.
Festival security reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who:
• is visibly or dangerously intoxicated;
• behaves aggressively or threatens the safety of others;
• attempts to enter without a valid ticket or wristband;
• refuses a required security inspection;
• carries prohibited items;
• violates applicable Cyprus law or festival regulations.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry may be permitted with a valid festival wristband and subject to the conditions applicable to your ticket category.
Guests may be required to pass security screening each time they enter the festival grounds.
Re-entry may be temporarily restricted for safety, security, operational or capacity reasons.
RESPECT THE ARENA
Gladiators Fest is built around respect — for other guests, artists, staff, the venue and the local community.
We have zero tolerance for:
• violence;
• harassment or sexual harassment;
• discrimination;
• intimidation or threatening behaviour;
• deliberate damage to property;
• possession or distribution of illegal substances.
Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the festival without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
If you feel unsafe or witness inappropriate behaviour, immediately contact festival security or a member of the festival team.
FOOD & DRINKS
Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the festival.
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted, except where required for medical reasons or specifically authorized by the organizer.
Please stay hydrated throughout the event.
ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed in accordance with Cyprus law, venue licensing conditions and festival regulations.
Guests purchasing alcohol may be required to present valid identification.
Festival staff and bar operators reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to guests who appear intoxicated.
Please drink responsibly.
SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in areas where they are allowed under applicable law and venue regulations.
Please follow all festival signage and staff instructions.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Professional first-aid and medical assistance will be available during festival operating hours.
If you or another guest feels unwell or requires assistance, contact the nearest member of staff or security immediately.
Take care of yourself and your friends, stay hydrated and seek help early if necessary.
SPECIAL EFFECTS
Festival performances may include:
• loud music;
• flashing and strobe lighting;
• lasers;
• theatrical smoke;
• CO₂ effects;
• flames;
• pyrotechnics and other special effects.
Guests sensitive to loud sound, flashing lights or similar effects should take appropriate precautions.
Hearing protection is recommended, particularly for younger guests.
PHOTO & VIDEO RECORDING
Personal photography and video recording are generally permitted.
By attending the festival, guests acknowledge that official photography, video and audio recording may take place throughout the event.
Guests may appear incidentally in official festival photographs, videos, aftermovies, livestreams, media coverage and promotional materials, subject to applicable law.
Professional or commercial filming requires prior authorization.
FESTIVAL AREAS
Access to certain areas is restricted according to ticket category or accreditation.
These may include General Admission, VIP, backstage, artist, production, partner and staff areas.
Unauthorized access to restricted areas may result in removal from the festival.
ARTISTS & SCHEDULE
Artist appearance times, running order and festival programming may change.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the lineup, performance times or program due to artist availability, travel disruption, weather, technical issues, safety requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
A change to an individual artist or performance time does not automatically constitute cancellation of the festival.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unattended property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Information about Lost & Found will be available through festival staff or official festival channels.
RESPECT THE VENUE
Do not climb stages, barriers, lighting towers, temporary structures or festival installations.
Do not cross safety barriers or enter restricted areas.
Please use designated waste collection points and help us keep the festival grounds clean.
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
Unauthorized selling, advertising, product sampling, promotional distribution, professional commercial photography and other commercial activities are prohibited.
All commercial and promotional activities require prior written authorization from the organizer.
REMOVAL FROM THE FESTIVAL
Festival management and security may remove guests where reasonably necessary for safety, security or compliance with festival rules.
Serious misconduct, aggression, harassment, illegal activity, dangerous intoxication, unauthorized access or repeated refusal to follow staff instructions may result in removal without refund.
SAFETY & FORCE MAJEURE
The organizer may pause, modify, postpone, suspend or cancel all or part of the festival where necessary for public safety or because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public safety threats, transportation disruption, technical emergencies or other force majeure events.
Always follow instructions from festival management, security personnel, medical teams, venue staff and competent Cyprus authorities.
Festival rules may be updated before the event to reflect final venue requirements, licensing conditions, security procedures or changes in applicable law.
